Responsibilities
Engage with SMBs: Develop meaningful relationships with businesses that play critical roles in advancing national priorities
Deliver Compelling Presentations: Communicate the value of RADICL’s CSaaS solution tailored to SMBs’ unique cybersecurity and compliance needs
Close Deals: Build trust with prospective customers, navigate the sales process effectively, and drive revenue growth
Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with RADICL’s sales, product, and leadership teams to improve strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
Share Market Insights: Provide feedback from the field to help shape RADICL’s offerings and improve go-to-market strategies
Qualification
Required
7+ years Experience Selling MDR Products: Demonstrated success in selling Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions or similar cybersecurity services
Cybersecurity Sales to SMBs: Proven ability to address the specific needs of SMBs in the cybersecurity space
Sales Expertise: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment
Value-Based Selling: Skilled in positioning solutions to decision-makers by aligning cybersecurity offerings with customer goals
Passionate about securing mission-based organizations that contribute to the economic and technological fabric of the United States
Persistent, results-oriented, and energized by solving customers' challenges
Collaborative team player with a positive and adaptable mindset
