Qualification
Required
Bachelor's: engineering, energy management, facility management, project management, business or related field
8 years of cumulative experience in energy management and the underlisted job skills
Demonstrated In-depth knowledge of energy markets and procurement principles
General understanding of energy accounting practices
Knowledge of licensing requirements and OSHPD permitting
Proven Negotiation skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills
Ability to delegate tasks, manage multiple priorities, and resolve conflicts
Consultative and client relationship management skills
Familiarity with basic energy management principles, including plug load optimization, heat recovery, HVAC replacements, and renewable energy sources
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
Strong vendor management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Customer service orientation and flexibility
Preferred
Advanced degree, training/certification in Project Management, Finance, or Technology from recognized institutions
