Qualification
Required
Passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win
Experience as CEO of a middle market multi-site company OR a key number-two within a larger enterprise
20-35+ years of progressive career success
Preferred
Commercial orientation with related experience across marketing, strategy, and operations
Private Equity experience
Solid integration experience that optimizes finance, technology, operations, and culture
