Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Producing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing operational challenges
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and performance
Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas
Proven track record developing and deploying innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Excellent leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, guide, and inspire high-performing teams
Experience engaging with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
