They are seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to oversee the ES project portfolio, drive project execution, and support internal reporting and communications within the Enterprise Solutions organization.

Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with all levels within the ES organization, AS enterprise and other Schwab partners to drive projects and priorities forward
Bring structure and organization to ambiguous or complex efforts through clear project planning and execution
Focus on internally-facing projects, including maintaining hygiene of the project portfolio data, and support internal reporting and communications out of the ES PPO
Act as a voice, representative and connector between the ES organization and internal partners to support communications and partner understanding of the ES priorities and client needs
Qualification
Required
3-4 years of experience in a project management, business management or client-focused preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated reporting and data experience, including building, managing, and interpreting reports to support decision-making and operational effectiveness
Preferred
Licensed is a plus (FINRA Series 7, 63 or SIE)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred background in financial products and services
Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders with confidence and diplomacy to effectively facilitate dialogue and decision making
Proven track record of independently driving priorities and managing multiple projects with quality and timeliness
Experience with basic data analysis to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions through data
Ability to foster connections across different parts of the organization to drive a well-rounded implementation strategy
A ‘can-do', results and detail orientation approach to executing on projects with a focus on organization, efficient productivity and development of creative solutions
Strong communication and storytelling skills, including executive-level presentations in PowerPoint
Motivated by change and a demonstrated success with effective change management is a plus
Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply critical thinking to complex challenges
Understanding of Advisor Services business model and field organizations, with direct experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that showcases experience in framing and telling a logical story for a variety of stakeholders
