Responsibilities

Guide process engineering for complex optical packages, ensuring high-quality production standards
Drive end-to-end yield improvements and reduce cycle times through innovative process enhancements
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production failures, enhancing operational efficiency
Develop and maintain work instructions, training programs, and process control metrics for optical module assembly
Monitor and report production performance and yield results to the production team and management
Champion LEAN manufacturing principles and cost-reduction initiatives across the facility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering challenges for released products
Source and develop new equipment to support product launches and capacity expansion efforts

Required

MRSI Bonder or optical alignment experience
CAD skills in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo
