Responsibilities
Building meaningful relationships with K-2 students as a mentor, establishing trust and cultivating a boundless learning mindset
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways for individual students
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for long-term success
Cultivating an environment that encourages curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
Supporting students in discovering their unique strengths and areas of interest
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable roles
Proven public speaking abilities, with demonstrated capacity to engage and energize young audiences
Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Capability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
