Responsibilities
Building trust and inspiring a limitless mindset by connecting with K-2 students as a mentor
Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational pathways
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (goal-setting, public speaking, collaboration) that equip students for long-term success
Cultivating a culture centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
Guiding students to recognize their unique strengths and interests
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable roles
Proven public speaking ability, with demonstrated skill in engaging and energizing young audiences
Genuine desire to connect with, inspire, and motivate K-2 students
Legal authorization to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Capacity to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus
