Responsibilities

Assuming full ownership of NYC family relationships from initial inquiry through enrollment, ongoing retention, and sustained advocacy
Conducting high-impact information sessions and one-on-one discussions that shepherd families through complex, multi-stage decision processes
Acting as the central contact for parent feedback, concerns, and confidential matters—addressing them with professionalism and decisiveness
Generating enrollment momentum through consistent on-site engagement, strategic outreach, and thorough integration into local parent networks
Mobilizing satisfied families to become advocates and referral channels within NYC's interconnected communities

Required

Minimum 5 years in client-facing positions serving high-net-worth families (household income exceeding $1M), with direct responsibility for closing or enrolling commitments of $5K+ or multi-year agreements
Proven track record guiding families through multi-meeting decision journeys that culminated in signed agreements or documented commitments
Quantifiable results from previous roles, including conversion rates and measurable retention, satisfaction, or referral performance
Experience independently managing a personal lead pipeline or community network from first inquiry through final decision
Demonstrated capability to coordinate events or services for 25+ high-profile clients concurrently
Documented track record handling sensitive complaints, confidential issues, or nuanced concerns with successful outcomes
Current residence in NYC or within a 1.5-hour commute; prepared to work on-site full-time and participate in local events
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements

Preferred

Professional background in private education, philanthropy, luxury client services, hospitality, wealth management, or concierge-level service delivery
Established familiarity with NYC private school environments and parent social circles
Experience representing a mission-driven institution to discerning, high-visibility stakeholders
