Responsibilities

Provide strategic commercial support to the business in all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and project installation/service
Lead and mentor a team of commercial finance professionals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business growth and profitability
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles
Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role

Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
