Responsibilities
Advise on the industry’s most innovative transactions and significant regulatory reform measures
Take bespoke approaches to the structuring, execution and selling of residential mortgage-backed, commercial mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities including esoteric ABS, CLO’s, repackaging's, re-securitizations & more!
Manage multiple deals and deadlines
Qualification
Required
A minimum of four years of big law firm experience
Hold a JD and be admitted to the New York bar (or eligible to waive in)
Strong experience in structured finance, with significant exposure to CLOs and/or middle-market leveraged loans
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines
