Responsibilities
Lead operational and support functions for multiple business groups and contribute to high‑visibility strategic initiatives
Drive efficiency, quality, and effectiveness across assigned processes, ensuring smooth pipeline management
Research and analyze business and operational trends to inform smart, strategic decisions
Provide leadership and independent recommendations that help shape business direction
Support programs centered on risk mitigation, process optimization, and customer experience improvements
Partner with leaders to build process flows, project plans, and new policies and procedures
Manage cross‑functional relationships to ensure seamless implementation of programs and initiatives
Assess regulatory, product, and system changes that affect credit card pricing capabilities
Reconcile key data across systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred
Experience with credit card product capabilities, including co-brand programs
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience in audit, internal controls, workflow design, vendor coordination, and configuration management
Familiarity with microservices, system integrations, JSON, and modern messaging frameworks
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to credit card configuration (4+ years)
Experience with change management, control monitoring, and Agile methodologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
Strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
