Responsibilities
Facilitating live virtual workshop sessions by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group activities
Encouraging student participation and building motivation through chat engagement, public recognition, and one-on-one check-ins
Keeping students engaged, confident, and connected throughout their learning experiences
Supporting lead educators with operational logistics to ensure workshops run seamlessly
Serving as a culture champion and dependable presence within student clubs and life skill development tracks
Qualification
Required
Available to work 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or youth leadership
Educational background within US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16)—must have attended school in one of these countries (current residence may be anywhere)
Excellent communication abilities and strong familiarity with digital platforms
Student-centered, energizing presence with attention to detail and skill in managing smooth transitions
Preferred
Familiarity with online learning platforms or youth enrichment initiatives
Experience in after-school programs, summer camps, or student club leadership
