Serves as an essential conduit and program manager for cross-unit initiatives
Ensuring the effective management of academic policies and promoting high-impact student experiences
Responsible for the full-cycle development, management, and assessment of assigned programs
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet complex, established or anticipated deadlines across different administrative units
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to serve as a professional liaison to faculty, colleagues, students, and external partners
Ability to foster a collaborative and effective environment across organizational lines with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Working knowledge of various standardized word processing and assessment software applications
Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiarity with data management and systems such as Banner, SalesForce, Slate, Box, etc
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of directly related experience
High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 8 years of directly related experience
Preferred
Master's Degree in higher education administration, project management, or a related field
Demonstrated experience with assessment and evaluation to achieve continuous programmatic improvements
Familiarity with university curriculum and academic policy processes
