Responsibilities
Build and sustain AI-powered test automation frameworks that automatically generate test cases, scripts, and datasets for thorough validation
Apply GenAI technologies to evaluate test results, detect defect patterns, and deliver actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement
Replicate user workflows, load scenarios, and boundary conditions to expose potential failures before they reach end users
Leverage AI and automation technologies to accelerate product delivery and minimize defect rates
Qualification
Required
AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code manually before turning to AI tools for validation or refinement, rather than leading with AI, then this role is not suitable for you)
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in QA automation
Strong skills in Selenium and at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
Demonstrated professional experience applying AI tools to streamline QA processes
Working knowledge of CI/CD systems, including Jenkins or GitHub Actions
