Responsibilities
Assists in the evaluation, development, implementation, and maintenance of new or enhanced processes, systems, and reports
Works with staff to understand the business and its associated operational and reporting-related challenges. Identifies and analyzes strengths and weaknesses of operational processes and visuals to determine opportunities for enhancement
Researches, develops, and implements analyses and projects related to various aspects of risk analysis and assessment, with particular focus on financial risks
Prepares a data focused presentation for Executive leadership as a cap stone
Performs other routine office duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Knowledge at a level normally acquired through completion of the first three years of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university – preferably in a relevant field of study (i.e. Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Math, or Statistics). Completion of graduate-level coursework a plus
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
Proficient Tableau and/or Power BI skills, portfolio or project examples preferred
High degree of organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and independence to produce effective and timely work
Effective verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with internal contacts
Preferred
Preferred experience utilizing R, SQL, Python and/or Snowflake
Preferred SharePoint and Dev Ops exposure
