Responsibilities
Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support hardware product launches from early concept through production
Align sourcing, material readiness, supplier capabilities, and manufacturing timelines with overall program goals
Partner closely with Engineering, R&D, Product, Quality, and Operations to translate technical requirements into actionable supply chain plans
Build and maintain realistic program schedules while navigating shifting priorities
Lead RFQ efforts, evaluate suppliers, drive sourcing decisions, and support cost optimization
Manage suppliers and contract manufacturers for prototype builds, EVT/DVT phases, and R&D material needs
Handle multiple, concurrent NPI projects in a fast-paced environment
Identify bottlenecks early and apply creative problem-solving to maintain schedule integrity
Own BOM accuracy, production cost trends, supplier lead times, capacity insights, and materials consumption data
Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective action initiatives across the supply chain
Oversee the full handoff from development to mass production, including materials readiness, documentation, and supplier alignment
Promote transparency, communication, and strong team dynamics
Implement process improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and scalability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project or program management in a high‑growth manufacturing environment
3+ years in production control, materials planning, or supply chain operations within manufacturing or high‑volume production
Demonstrated success managing end‑to‑end product development or NPI programs
Experience with ERP/MRP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.)
Strong understanding of routings, travelers, BOMs, and manufacturing workflows
Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
Preferred
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills
PMP certification
Lean Six Sigma certification
Master's degree
