Responsibilities
Lead gap assessments, impact analysis, and 12–24 month transformation roadmaps
Perform source-to-target data mapping, reporting process reviews, and data lineage analysis
Differentiate and manage regulatory vs. non-regulatory data requirements
Oversee data quality controls, testing, reconciliation, and phased data migration
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder approvals, training, and knowledge transfer
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams across the full project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
12+ years in data transformation within financial services
Strong knowledge of OCC/FRB regulatory reporting (FR Y-14, Y-15, 9C, FFIEC 101/102)
Expertise in banking products (Retail, Commercial, Credit, Treasury, Risk)
Hands-on data analysis using SQL, ETL, and data mapping
Experience with regulatory remediation projects and data governance
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
