Responsibilities
Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, relevant communication that avoids template language
Conducting campus tours and events that articulate precisely how and why our teaching model accelerates learning, and for whom it's designed
Managing the complete admissions cycle, encompassing applications, shadow visit coordination, enrollment conversations, and family onboarding
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in CRM and SIS platforms, particularly HubSpot, for weekly performance review
Continuously improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions using parent feedback and conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing end-to-end admissions at a selective, tuition-charging academic institution
Documented track record of success in handling competitive enrollment processes from initial inquiry through enrollment decision
Outstanding communication abilities across written, presentation, and interpersonal formats
Ease and competence when working with affluent families and sophisticated decision-makers
Solid organizational discipline, including CRM expertise (particularly HubSpot), time management capability, and meticulous attention to detail
Currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Preferred
Background in prestigious K–12 independent schools or selective university admissions
Track record of organizing high-engagement, high-conversion recruitment events
Proficiency with analytics, performance metrics, and data-informed strategy
Knowledge of AI-driven or mastery-based educational frameworks
