Responsibilities

Replying to incoming inquiries within 4 hours using tailored, precise communication that avoids generic templating
Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate how we accelerate learning and for whom this model works best
Managing the complete admissions process, from applications and shadow days through decision conversations and onboarding
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and SIS records for weekly performance review, particularly within HubSpot
Improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and FAQs informed by live parent feedback and conversion metrics

Required

3+ years managing end-to-end admissions at a selective, tuition-charging academic institution
Demonstrated track record in driving competitive enrollment from initial inquiry through final commitment
Outstanding communication abilities across writing, public speaking, and interpersonal engagement
Ease and credibility when interacting with high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (particularly HubSpot), organizational rigor, and precision in execution
Currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
Eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Preferred

Background in top-tier K–12 independent schools or selective college admissions
Track record running high-engagement, high-yield enrollment events
Proficiency with analytics, performance tracking, and metric-based strategy
Knowledge of AI-enabled or mastery-based learning frameworks
