Responsibilities
Setting up materials, equipment, and learning spaces for workshops and sessions
Supporting academic staff in their daily activities
Facilitating student engagement and monitoring participation
Managing schedules and overseeing transitions between sessions
Receiving mentorship from leaders transforming K-12 education
Qualification
Required
Available to work in person at our Miami campus
Able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with complete flexibility to select your schedule during school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time position available
Prior experience working with children
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Approachable, kid-friendly demeanor
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
