Active DoD Secret clearance (minimum)
Experience validating data migration, ETL pipelines, and complex data models
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and performance testing tools
Familiarity with Section 508, WCAG 2.x, and accessibility testing requirements
Experience supporting Agile, DevSecOps, iterative development, and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to analyze system behaviors with precision and articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required
Possessing an active DOD Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position
Experience validating data migration, ETL pipelines, and complex data models
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and performance testing tools
Familiarity with Section 508, WCAG 2.x, and accessibility testing requirements
Experience supporting Agile, DevSecOps, iterative development, and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to analyze system behaviors with precision and articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
7–10+ years of professional QA/testing experience, with at least 5 years supporting large-scale enterprise systems
Demonstrated expertise creating and executing test plans across multi-module, data-intensive applications
Preferred
Experience supporting DoD, Federal civilian agencies, or environments involving Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
Familiarity with DISA STIGs/SRGs, DoD RMF, IAVM, and Zero Trust principles
Experience testing applications hosted in AWS GovCloud
Prior work with case management systems, workflow-driven systems, or complex UI/UX validation
Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, CSM, or Agile testing-related credentials
Experience with API testing, RESTful API validation, and use of tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent
