Responsibilities
Maintains filing and tracking system of labor relations activities
Acts as the main contact for labor relations email communications
Supports grievance and arbitration proceedings
Serves as Statewide Union Management Communication Committee (UMCC) Compliance Coordinator
Creates, maintains, and distributes operating guidelines and information for internal business partners
Qualification
Required
Equivalent education and experience totaling five (5) years of progressively responsible, paid, professional experience in Human Resources or related field
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) with focus on business, human resources, social or organizational behavioral sciences, or related field AND One (1) year of professional human resource experience
Professional human resource experience means working full time as a human resource professional performing HR functions
Additional professional human resource experience may substitute, year for year, for required education
Preferred
SHARM-CP/SCP, S/PHR, or other professional HR certifications
Six months or more experience using NEOGOV and HRMS
