Responsibilities

Understand the strategic positioning of assigned solutions in the market (competitive landscape, market share, competitor offer structures)
Guide offer decisions for an assigned product portfolio ensuring that they align to the organization’s overarching offer strategy
Partner closely with product teams to understand planned roadmap to determine future changes that may impact existing offers or require new offers. Escalates ecosystem integration opportunities for prioritization
Collaborate with sales enablement organizations to maintain offer strategy documentation that clearly explains how the offer is structured and cross sell/upsell strategies
Works with finance to align on monetization strategy for modeling into forecasts and the long range plan
Works with product operations team to ensure appropriate setup of offers in quoting/ordering systems
Participates in new offer launch meetings to address any questions as it pertains to offer structure and strategy
Define metrics for tracking offer success and works with BI team to build metrics reporting

Required

7+ years of experience in sales, strategy, product management or marketing
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a necessity
Polished presentation skills for internal and external audiences
Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems
Ability to research and analyze requirements from various stakeholders
Ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data
Ability to work well independently and as part of a diverse team spread across multiple continents in a fast-moving environment
Ability to multi-task among various assignments
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
