The role involves being the technical authority for the Boomi Atmosphere platform and bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical execution.

Responsibilities
Define and own the end-to-end integration architecture using Boomi Atmosphere. Select appropriate patterns (API-led, Event-driven, Batch, or Real-time) based on business needs
Design and implement Boomi environment strategies, including Atoms, Molecules, and Private Clouds. Establish best practices for error handling, logging, and security
Lead the implementation of Boomi Master Data Hub (MDH) to manage data quality, golden records, and survivorship rules across the enterprise
Utilise Boomi Flow to build low-code applications and automate multi-step business processes and human-in-the-loop workflows
Provide mentorship to developers, conduct code reviews, and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding integration capabilities
Implement secure data transfer protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SSL) and ensure compliance with industry-specific standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years in IT, with at least 5+ years specifically focused on the Boomi platform
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL
Hands-on experience with Boomi connectors for major platforms (Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Snowflake, or Workday)
Experience with scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript) for custom Boomi functions
Preferred
Boomi Professional Architect is highly preferred
Experience with Cloud Data Warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query)
Knowledge of EDI/B2B integration patterns (X12, EDIFACT)
Experience in a consultative or client-facing role
