Information Technology Help Desk Analyst

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat to insurance clients
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high-quality service
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be a W-2 employee eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat to insurance clients
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high-quality service
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Candidates for in-office shifts must live within 50 miles of the office locations and be willing to commute to the office 2 days per week
