Responsibilities
Facilitating brief, focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
Creating customized motivational experiences that leverage gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to adjust teaching methods and identify actionable trends
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated resources that support early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading standards
Qualification
Required
Advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement patterns within those systems
Legal work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
