Responsibilities
As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement
Expert proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture is required. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components is recommended. Expert proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform is required
You will define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead architectural discussions to align technology solutions with business objectives
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that enhance the architecture framework
Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Conduct regular reviews of architecture designs to ensure compliance with best practices and standards
Qualification
Required
14+ years of experience
Expert proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture
Expert proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components
Ability to define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs
Experience in leading architectural discussions to align technology solutions with business objectives
Experience in evaluating and recommending tools and technologies that enhance the architecture framework
Ability to mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
