Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the master instrument list and calibration parameters

Perform, coordinate, and document calibration activities for utilities and systems (HVAC, WFI, EMS, BAS, compressed air, autoclaves, water systems)

Schedule vendor services and review calibration certificates

Maintain audit-ready records in SAP or equivalent CMMS

Support project meetings, training completion, and metrology lab organization

Qualification

Metrology experienceCalibration experienceFDA regulations knowledgeSAP PMProCalBlue Mountain RAMSoft skills

Required

Associate degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of metrology/calibration experience in FDA-regulated (cGMP) environments

Experience calibrating pressure, temperature, flow, level, and pH/conductivity instruments

Strong knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP, GDP, and industry standards (ISPE GAMP, ISO, USP, ASTM)

Preferred

Experience with SAP PM, ProCal, or Blue Mountain RAM
