Responsibilities
Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation
Liaise between development and implementation teams to ensure clear communications and expectations
Lead small team that supports accounts during both implementation and production
Tracking and oversight of development deliverables to ensure client/project deadlines are met
Communicate with the project team leadership; recommend program changes as needed
Manage issues related to Engineering work and escalate as needed
Actively project manage across non-direct reports by quickly escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions
Qualification
Required
9+ years of IT experience to include project management, business analysis, application implementation and support, troubleshooting, managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle, with 3 or more years of Healthcare experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicaid systems a plus
Strong communication and follow up skills
Able to communicate at all levels
Influencer that who can clearly communicate project priorities and motivate direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to action
Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
