Responsibilities
Champion system excellence: Maintain and enhance information systems supporting sales operations, financial reporting, product development, sourcing, and distribution, ensuring data integrity and maximum business value
Master product data management: Align product master data across all systems to enable accurate, real-time decision-making and operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement: Identify and implement enhancements that strengthen business processes and ensure comprehensive product information availability
Ensure quality delivery: Develop and execute test scripts that validate business requirements and system functionality
Enable business users: Provide responsive technical support to diverse teams, ensuring systems meet their evolving needs
Solve problems proactively: Troubleshoot issues raised by business teams and escalate appropriately to maintain productivity
Manage system access: Perform administrative functions including user security and permissions management
Expand integration capabilities: Identify opportunities to connect systems through web services, database integrations, and other technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on administrator experience
3+ years in the apparel industry
3+ years as a business analyst (PLM implementation/administration experience is a strong plus)
Solid understanding of PLM, Business Intelligence, and ERP software ecosystems
Strong communication skills—you can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Self-motivated, collaborative approach to problem-solving
Preferred
Familiarity with Centric PLM, Exenta ERP, and Qlik Sense is highly desirable
