Responsibilities

Support the planning, creation, and execution of social media content across platforms
Assist with building and maintaining social content calendars
Brainstorm and pitch social-first, trend-relevant content ideas
Draft captions, text overlays, and community responses under guidance
Support campaign launches and seasonal moments through asset organization and coordination
Assist with social reporting, performance tracking, and post-campaign recaps
Monitor trends, sounds, and cultural moments relevant to e.l.f. SKIN

Required

Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th
Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
Strong interest in social media, beauty, skincare, and digital culture
Passion for content creation and storytelling
Familiarity with social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
Strong written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Creative, curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
