Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work with product managers, business stakeholders, and end-users to gather detailed product requirements. Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment on product goals, scope, and priorities. Act as a liaison to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities
Agile Process Support: Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager
Jira Management: Create, update, and manage user stories, tasks, and bugs in Jira. Ensure all tickets are well-defined, properly categorized, and linked to relevant epics or features
Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Support data-driven decision-making by preparing reports and dashboards
Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure requirements are testable and support the validation of new features against acceptance criteria

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ceremonies
Experience using Jira or similar project management tools for story writing and backlog management
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying
Experience working in the financial and banking industry
Experience managing programs on public cloud platforms such as AWS
