Responsibilities

Managing the complete relationship lifecycle with NYC families from initial inquiry through enrollment, retention, and sustained advocacy
Conducting high-stakes information sessions and one-on-one consultations that shepherd families through intricate, multi-stage decision processes
Acting as the central contact for parent feedback, concerns, and confidential matters—addressing them decisively and with professionalism
Generating enrollment growth through sustained on-site engagement, strategic outreach, and comprehensive integration into the local parent ecosystem
Converting satisfied families into active advocates and referral contributors within New York City's interconnected communities

Required

At least 5 years in client-facing positions serving high-net-worth families (>$1M household income), with accountability for securing $5K+ or multi-year commitments
Proven track record guiding families through multi-stage decision journeys that culminated in signed contracts or verifiable commitments
Quantifiable results from previous roles, including conversion metrics and retention, satisfaction, or referral performance data
Experience autonomously managing a personal lead pipeline or community network from first contact through final decision
Demonstrated capacity to orchestrate events or services for 25+ high-profile individuals concurrently
Verified experience resolving sensitive issues, complaints, or confidential matters with successful outcomes
Current residence in NYC or within 1.5 hours' commute; prepared to work on-site full-time and participate in local events
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred

Professional background in private education, philanthropy, luxury client services, hospitality, wealth management, or concierge-level relationship management
Pre-existing knowledge of NYC private school landscapes and parent social circles
Experience advocating for a mission-driven institution to discerning, high-visibility constituencies
