Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies for MV/HV products
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across utilities and industrial users
Deliver technical presentations, Lunch & Learns, and demand‑creation activities
Partner with Front‑End Sales and account teams on visits, forecasting, and planning
Build and manage long‑term customer and channel‑partner relationships
Lead proposal discussions, negotiations, and contract follow‑through
Monitor market trends and provide competitive insights
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless project execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
5+ years in sales or business development within MV/HV, T&D, or utility sectors
Strong understanding of power systems, substations, and distribution equipment
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel 30%–50% within assigned region
