Responsibilities
Daily Golf instruction to company standards out lined by the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional to male, female, and child Members
Drive lesson sales and booking percentage to support stores sales goals
Work on the sales floor, assisting customers and assisting in club fitting, when needed
Work with the Retail staff to maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Assist the 1st Assistant with instruction area maintenance and supplies
Elevate the entire staff by providing knowledge and expertise gained through their experience, continual product knowledge, and training
Qualification
Required
Recognized by the Professional Golfers Association of America as a PGA Professional, or by the Ladies Professional Golfers Association as a LPGA Professional
Class A Member of the PGA is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged; If not a Class A member of the PGA, or a LPGA Professional, the employee must actively be working toward that certification
High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred college degree
Valid driver's license
Meets company's driver guidelines and background check
Golf tournament operations experience
Knowledge of and ability to perform golf club fittings
