ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers. The role involves acting as the primary technical authority throughout the customer lifecycle, designing, configuring, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for enterprise customers, acting as the primary technical authority from discovery through go-live and beyond
Architect and configure complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, industry best practices, and internal product standards
Run detailed discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with technical and business stakeholders, translating needs into scalable technical designs
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on platform capabilities, workflow optimisation, and change management considerations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and customer handoffs
Develop and maintain implementation methodologies, templates, and documentation to standardise delivery and accelerate time-to-value
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges including integrations, data migrations, and custom development
Assist in testing and validation of customisations delivered as part of customer onboardings
Create and deliver training materials and knowledge-transfer sessions to enable customers to maximise their ServiceNow investment
Contribute to pre-sales activities where required, including solution demos, scoping, and technical discovery calls
Mentor and coach team members on ServiceNow best practices, technical delivery, and client engagement
Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends, applying learnings to continuously improve delivery
Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and scalability within the implementation practice
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or technical delivery roles
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, with strong focus on configuration, customisation, and integrations
Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, including: Core modules, JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer and Integration Hub
Proven experience leading complex implementations from initiation through successful delivery
Strong discovery skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with data migration strategies, REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and third-party system connectivity
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage confidently with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to risk identification and resolution
Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements with high attention to detail
Experience mentoring peers, leading workstreams, or driving delivery improvements
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) and/or CAD (Certified Application Developer) strongly preferred
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
