Mid LevelCORUS Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and technically hands-on Systems Analyst with solid experience in the banking sector. The ideal candidate should be proficient in legacy and modern technologies and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing banking information systems.

Responsibilities
Analyze and gather business and functional requirements from banking stakeholders (Retail and Corporate units)
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
Hands-on development and debugging in COBOL, .NET, Visual Basic, or similar platforms for banking applications
Design, develop, and maintain CRM DataMarts and other banking information systems
Handle batch integration workflows, especially focused on systems like Leads Repository and other backend processes
Conduct system and data analysis to optimize performance and accuracy of banking solutions
Collaborate with QA and dev teams to support UAT and production deployments
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards during design and implementation
Provide technical documentation and support change management processes
Qualification
Required
Proficient in legacy and modern technologies such as COBOL, .NET, Visual Basic
Proven experience in designing and implementing CRM DataMarts and information systems
Analyze and gather business and functional requirements from banking stakeholders (Retail and Corporate units)
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
Hands-on development and debugging in COBOL, .NET, Visual Basic, or similar platforms for banking applications
Design, develop, and maintain CRM DataMarts and other banking information systems
Handle batch integration workflows, especially focused on systems like Leads Repository and other backend processes
Conduct system and data analysis to optimize performance and accuracy of banking solutions
Collaborate with QA and dev teams to support UAT and production deployments
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards during design and implementation
Provide technical documentation and support change management processes
Mandatory: COBOL, .NET (C#), Visual Basic, SQL
Experience with batch processing, mainframe systems, and ETL/data pipeline integration
Knowledge of CRM systems, banking transaction platforms, and data warehousing
Familiarity with banking standards, compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, Basel, GDPR)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in team-based environments
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail with critical thinking ability
Preferred
Previous experience working with Santander Bank or other Tier-1 banks
Experience in Leads Management Systems, CRM Reporting Dashboards, and data integrations
Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
