Responsibilities
Facilitating focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
Creating personalized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
Examining student performance data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable trends
Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
Qualification
Required
Advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating small-group reading interventions for K–2 students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-made curricula
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student interactions with those tools
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Able to work on-site at one of our locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
