TUC / eBuilder Process Developer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement new TUC processes aligned with business and project goals
Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
Document business requirements, workflows, and process diagrams with clear ownership roles
Perform user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment of workflow changes
Maintain and develop templates (documents, budgets, schedules, mail merges)
Support configuration changes and ERP integrations across EWR Redevelopment projects
Provide technical support on TUC functionality, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems
Train internal and external stakeholders on new and existing processes
Develop training documentation, manuals, and guides for ongoing reference
Work with cross-functional project teams to ensure successful process adoption
Create and maintain reports and folder structures to support project tracking
Standardize administrative processes and promote consistency across workflows

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in TUC/eBuilder process development
Strong knowledge of TUC functionalities and application within construction project management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and related tools
Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Proven communication, organizational, and training abilities
Strong problem-solving skills, including TUC troubleshooting and data analysis
Ability to work both independently and as part of large cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience with large-scale, complex projects or contracts
Familiarity with airport redevelopment or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of construction industry methodologies, workflows, and documentation standards
Understanding of contract documents, specifications, and regulatory requirements
