Responsibilities
Lead holistic redesign initiatives to elevate user experiences across multiple touchpoints
Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate insights into compelling design concepts
Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that bring ideas to life
Extend and refine existing design systems for scalability
Communicate the rationale behind design decisions grounded in user needs and business goals
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and UI polishing
Proven experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design
Proficiency working within and evolving established design systems
Ability to simplify complex challenges and clearly communicate trade-offs
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make, Lovable, or similar
Comfort working in a dynamic, collaborative environment with external partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to adapt to evolving tools and workflows
Preferred
Experience working with consulting partners or cross-agency teams
Ability to facilitate lightweight workshops (e.g., journey mapping, prioritization)
Interest in integrating research insights into design iterations
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Several years of hands-on UX design experience, demonstrating impactful, end-to-end project involvement
