Responsibilities

Facilitating focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy milestones
Reviewing student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable trends
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level proficiency

Qualification

Advanced reading certificationMaster's degree in readingK–2 studentsAI/adaptive learning platformsData-informed instructionDifferentiated instructionOrganizing student groups

Required

Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-packaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns within them
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Prepared to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
