Responsibilities
Well-versed in AWS Bedrock and experienced in building custom ML models
Experience designing and enforcing agent guardrails: tool permissioning, policy engines, prompt injection resistance patterns, red teaming
Experience with knowledge retrieval patterns (RAG), vector databases, and secure document pipelines (within private AWS)
Strong communication and executive-level updates (clear status, risks, decisions)
Qualification

Financial Services Exposure is must
Well-versed in AWS Bedrock and experienced in building custom ML models
Strong communication and executive-level updates (clear status, risks, decisions)
Python (primary), plus strong backend engineering (APIs, services)
AWS: SageMaker, Bedrock, IAM, VPC, KMS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, S3, ECR/ECS or EKS (as applicable)
IaC: Terraform / CloudFormation / CDK (any one strongly)
CI/CD: GitHub Actions / Jenkins / CodePipeline (any one)
Observability: logging, metrics, tracing; model monitoring
Preferred
Financial services / regulated environments experience (risk, compliance, auditability)
