Responsibilities
Facilitate Lean projects and initiatives across various departments
Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts
Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Supply Chain Functional Excellence initiatives
Mentor and coach team members in project management principles and practices
Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to management
Developing the project plan and schedule
Allocating resources and managing the project budget
Risk management and issue resolution
Leading the project team and communicating progress to stakeholders
Ensuring project deliverables meet scope, quality, and deadlines
Change Impact assessments to impact groups or organizations
Command media management
Contribute to cutover planning, go‑live readiness, training materials, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in project management including interfaculty with suppliers, partnerships, and/or customers
3+ years of experience in supplier management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager
7+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
3+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team
2+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
Experience in manufacturing systems, including machining, fabrication and assembly, and electronics assembly
