Responsibilities
Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and meeting minutes
Monitor and track project tasks and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and according to project plans
Assist in coordinating project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
Contribute to implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards
Contribute to monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting budget status
Qualification
Required
Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in project documentation and task tracking
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address project-related issues
Proficient in project management software tools and applications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in project management or project coordination roles
