Responsibilities

Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours using clear, welcoming, and Alpha-consistent language
Organizing admissions events, campus tours, and student shadow experiences, including logistics and post-visit communication
Maintaining applicant data with full precision in CRM and admissions platforms
Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's approach, respond to questions, and capture key observations
Collaborating with campus and admissions colleagues to ensure the enrollment pipeline progresses efficiently

Required

At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workflows
Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX, or willingness to relocate
Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
