Responsibilities

Engineer will conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities. This will include documenting the As-Is process, determining automation feasibility, understanding Risk and calculating benefits & ROI
Document the solution’s ‘Process Definition Document’, which includes core details on the process, requirements and process maps for the To-Be Solution. Identify variations and build proper exception handling. Determine the appropriate solution (Bot, Agent or hybrid) and leverages UiPath’s suite of products to provide the most complete, accurate automation (XDP, human-in-the-loop, libraries)
Engineer will be responsible for building, configuring & maintaining the UiPath workflows, libraries and integrations (API’s, Connectors, Webhooks) that are part of the solution. Engineer should leverage RPA for deterministic steps in the workflow, while leveraging AI Agents for open-ended steps requiring analysis & judgement
Engineer will create and execute a Test Plan, including creating Test Data & Test Cases to validate the results. The Engineer will work with the Business to conduct a UAT and confirm they are satisfied with the output. Communicate any Change Management guidelines to End Users for the new solution being deployed. Work with Sr. Engineers to conduct a peer review of the code and deploy the package to production. Monitor the solution in production to track logs, metrics and defects which require addressing
Adhere to guidelines & best practices set by the BPA Team to minimize risk. This includes applying least access principles and going through the proper InfoSec checkpoints when dealing with sensitive data

Required

2-5 years experience in business analysis / process improvement
1-3 years experience in automation development with UiPath or similar
Proven delivery of designing, developing & deploying UiPath solutions using the REFramework, with proper exception handling built into code
Practical experience with designing & building AI enabled automations. Experience with writing & refining prompts, and including proper context to achieve best output
Proficiency in process mapping, requirements gathering, and writing user stories for both deterministic and AI-driven workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions

Preferred

Analytical thinking and structured problem solving across structured and unstructured processes
Ownership mindset; ability to balance speed with governance
Strong documentation and communication across business and technical audiences
Pragmatic approach to AI safety, reliability, and measurable outcomes
