Responsibilities
Engaging with K-8 students in a mentorship capacity, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
Leveraging AI-powered and adaptive learning technologies to customize educational trajectories—students advance at their own speed while you facilitate exploration
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
Cultivating an environment of curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students in recognizing their individual strengths and passions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Demonstrated public speaking proficiency, with proven capacity to captivate and energize groups
A genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
Availability to work on-site at one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
Capacity to participate in a paid training program located at our Austin, TX campus
