Responsibilities

Serve as the ITSM Subject Matter Expert across Incident, Problem, Change & Request
Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer and low-code best practices
Build and enhance Service Catalog, Service Portal widgets, and dynamic user experiences
Configure and optimize Virtual Agent for self-service automation
Lead integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
Leverage Predictive Intelligence to enable smarter categorization, prioritization, and assignment
Manage platform upgrades, performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting
Write clean, reusable JavaScript (Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules)
Collaborate in Agile sprints, mentor junior developers, and support production environments

Required

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development (strong ITSM focus)
Expert knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request & Knowledge Management
Strong experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent
Hands-on experience with Predictive Intelligence / AI features
Proven integration experience with third-party systems
CSA + CIS-ITSM certification
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
