Responsibilities
Manage and respond to the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considered, and professional correspondence with prospective families (both remotely and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, whether on-site or virtual
Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day schedules
Maintain current and precise records, systems, and follow-up protocols for admissions
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a closely related discipline
2+ years in customer-facing roles within admissions, enrollment, event coordination, or similar functions
Proven administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and precise
Demonstrated attention to detail and track record maintaining accurate applicant databases or CRM systems
Comfortable managing both remote responsibilities and in-person campus duties
Capable of adapting swiftly and succeeding in a fast-moving, mission-focused environment
Authorized to work in the US and available for in-person work in Austin; TX, San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
